Our friends Ill Mondo are back with a new, free mixtape! “Gentlemen Prefer Blunts” is a funky soul mix, inspired by DJ Screw’s chopped and screwed slow mixes. It consists entirely of vinyl 45s played back slow, at 33 1/3 rpms, with juggling and DJ tricks whenever double copies were had. This free mixtape is a fresh take on Chopped and Screwed, with a focus on Funk and Soul from the 60’s and 70’s.
